Dental Implants in Hungary, Poland and the Chech Republic
Dental Implant Treatment Abroad
Dental implants can be described as artificial roots for teeth. This application of advanced dental technology involves the attachment of the implants (usually made from titanium) to the jaw bone. These implants form a foundation to which individually designed prosthetic elements, e.g. crowns, can be fixed.
A plan of implant treatment is
developed after examination at the Dental Practice. The duration of the treatment will depend on the number of implants required. In some cases it may be necessary to carry out jaw bone enhancement before implants are placed. Healing from this procedure can last three to six months.
Nowadays, thanks to the experience and expertise of the Dentists, almost every patient can be successfully treated with dental implants.
Costs will vary depending on the materials used but will be considerably higher than traditional dentures. However the advantages both aesthetic and practical will more than justify the increased expenditure.
